Exchange is completely free,

To request the replacement you must send us an email to [email protected]

specifying:

1. Order number;
2. Indicate that you want the Replacement;
3. Indicate which item and quantity you wish to return and the item you wish to receive in return with quantity, size and color;
4. The price of the replacement goods must be equal to or greater than the returning goods;
5. Returning goods must be intact in their packaging as received;
6. Insert the package in closed packaging as received;
7. We will send the courier who collects and delivers the goods at the same time.

RETURN

The return is charged to the customer

To request a return, you must send us an email to [email protected]

Specifying:

1. Order number;
2. Indicate that you wish to make a Return (right of withdrawal);
3. Indicate which item and quantity you wish to return;
4. Returning goods must be intact in their packaging as received;
5. Insert the package in closed packaging as received;
6. We can send the courier to collect the goods at a cost of € 6.00 which we will deduct from the refund indicating it in the email;
